Do I own my website?

Yes. Once the project is paid, the design, the code and the content are yours. Your domain is registered in your name, so you're never locked in to us.

Can I update it myself?

Yes. Business and Flagship sites come with simple editing for text, photos, prices and blog posts, and we show you how it works at launch. Bigger changes are covered by a care plan, or you can just ask.

What about hosting, the domain and email?

We set all of it up for you: hosting, the domain, a secure connection and a business email address. The accounts stay in your name and you pay the provider directly, so there's no markup and nothing hidden.

How long does it take?

Most projects take two to six weeks from the first call to launch. A one-page launch site can be live in as little as two weeks. You'll have a preview link from the first week, so you can watch it come together.

What do you need from me?

A call about your business and your customers, plus your logo and any photos you have. If you don't have text or images yet, we can help write the words and plan the photos.

Will it work on phones and show up on Google?

Every page is designed for phones first and tested on four screen sizes before launch. Search setup is included: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and the technical details search engines look for.

What happens after launch?

Business sites include three months of care and Flagship builds include six: updates, backups and small changes. After that, a monthly care plan is optional, and you can always come back for one-off changes.

How does payment work?

You get a fixed quote before anything starts, so the price doesn't creep. Payment is split into stages tied to what you've seen and approved.
